Holding dual Master’s degrees in Building Construction & Facilities Management and Project Management, along with a civil engineering degree, Ratan blends technical expertise with strategic leadership. He actively contributes to advancing construction innovation through research in sustainability, AI, and emerging building technologies, and serves on advisory boards for multiple construction tech startups. Passionate about mentorship, he supports the next generation of professionals through programs like ACE and Georgia Tech’s graduate mentoring initiatives.
