She currently serves as Market Development Manager at Watershed Geo, leveraging her civil engineering background, MBA, and PMP certification to foster partnerships and deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions for municipalities, solid waste companies, engineers, and contractors. Tamera’s expertise in stakeholder collaboration and project coordination helps create engaging, high‐impact experiences that connect members and strengthen the engineering community.
